The basement level of each building contains one - 1 bedroom and one - 2 bedroom apartment. The 2nd and 3rd floors each feature two - 2 bedroom apartments. 

The complex has an outdoor swimming pool, situated in a professionally landscaped courtyard.  A 24 hour maintenance hot line is available seven days a week for all emergency, maintenance related calls.
